When the imaginative girl discovers her aunt's hidden romantic past, Dora dreams that their revelation will pull Aunt Vera and herself from their mutual depressions.??本片為劉家良自編自導(dǎo)自演的代表作之一而女主角惠英紅更藉此奪1981年香港金像獎(jiǎng)影后故事描述惠英紅乃江湖賣藝女子因惠受劉家良伯父收留伯臨終立惠為填房以便不怕其不肖弟王龍威奪其遺產(chǎn)並要惠將其田契屋契全部帶往省城交給其亡兄之子劉家良自始惠與劉及其子小候三人鬧出不少笑話；另方面王與契子亦設(shè)計(jì)陷阱把田契屋契奪去；劉等決心要將田契屋契奪回來但惠卻受制於王之手下……本片榮獲香港金像獎(jiǎng)最佳女演員（惠英紅）??
